The Lord of the Rings: Gollum game is going to be here in
just a few days. Along with early excitement, there has also been some chatter about the
insanely high system requirements.

Here’s a quick rundown of the official system requirements (check if your rig is up to the task).

You can see why there has been a bit of a freak out.
RTX 3060 is set as the
bare minimum and a
RTX 4070 is needed for being able to play the game at
1440p.These aren’t typical settings and might be due to developers grappling with
porting games from new console hardware to PCs. Regardless, if you’ve got a low-spec PC, you might want to look for ways to max out the game until you get an upgrade.

The high specs seem to suggest the PC port might be pretty demanding for
average pc specs and look like they’re more suited to streamers.Get ready to preload the game from May 23rd, and from May 25th you’ll be able to dive into Middle-earth on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
